Ingredients

  • 240 g Whole Milk
  • 240 g Whole Eggs
  • 120 g Flour
  • 60 g Melted Butter
  • 3 g Salt
  • 35 g Sugar (omit for savory crepes)
  • (optional) Herbs for savory crepes

Chocloate Variation

  • add 35 g extra sugar
  • add 35 g cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients until fully combined.
  2. Make the crepes in whatever style you want (crepe dipper, crepe stick, pan swirl, etc.)
