Ingredients
- 240 g Whole Milk
- 240 g Whole Eggs
- 120 g Flour
- 60 g Melted Butter
- 3 g Salt
- 35 g Sugar (omit for savory crepes)
- (optional) Herbs for savory crepes
Chocloate Variation
- add 35 g extra sugar
- add 35 g cocoa powder
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients until fully combined.
- Make the crepes in whatever style you want (crepe dipper, crepe stick, pan swirl, etc.)
