Ingredients
- 450 g flour
- 25 g (2 Tbsp) canola oil
- 65 g (1/4 cup) plain full fat greek yogurt
- 7 g instant yeast
- 10 g (2 tsp) sugar
- 10 g (2 tsp) kosher salt
- 4 g (1 tsp) baking powder
- 240 g (1 cup) whole milk, warmed
Directions
- Dump everything into a stand mixer and knead with a dough hook until smooth.
- Let rise until doubled in size (60-90 minutes).
- Divide dough into 12 pieces, rolled into balls.
- Roll out dough balls to 5x8 inch ovals.
- Cook Naan in a hot cast iron pan and brush with butter and herbs if desired.
