Ingredients

  • 50 g basil leaves
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 15 g cilantro
  • 50 g nut of choice (e.g. pistachio, almond, cashew)
  • 15 g red onion, minced
  • 100 g olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan, grated
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 g salt

Directions

  1. Put everything in a food processor and run until done (under 1 min).
