Ingredients
- 50 g basil leaves
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 15 g cilantro
- 50 g nut of choice (e.g. pistachio, almond, cashew)
- 15 g red onion, minced
- 100 g olive oil
- 50 g parmesan, grated
- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 g salt
Directions
- Put everything in a food processor and run until done (under 1 min).
